Jeff all I can say is "ThankYou",I began my Boot Camp 9 months ago I just wanted to get into shape. I had tried all different kinds of gym memberships I would began and go for a small amount of time and stop due to boredom again I would fail, then I began the boot camp and I found myself looking forward to getting up in the morning to go work out. Jeff took time with me to push me and encourage me to do better, the menus the attention and the price was worth it, I began at the weight of 208lbs and I have lost a total of 58lbs and lost 42 inchs total body I went from a size 16 to a size 8, I truely am a Diva now I not only have the Diva attitude but now the Diva Look,!! Thank you Jeff, you Rock, keep up the good work,and thank you for the right stuff to deal with The Divas we love you.

Over the last 8 months I have gone from a size 22 jeans to a size 12 jeans. I’ve lost over 60 pounds and almost 40 inches over my entire body! Boot camp isn’t just a workout. It isn’t just an exercise routine & good eating suggestions. It isn’t just a great way to start my day. It is as life changing an event as getting married or having kids. For me, finding Robinson Fitness boot camps LITERALLY changed my life. I was 28 and headed to a lifetime of obesity. I was tired & unhappy and almost out of ideas. I wasn’t able to play with my little kids, I wasn’t able to dress in the clothes I wanted to wear and I wasn’t okay with what I saw when I looked in the mirror. All that changed after just ONE month of attending boot camp. Before I even really knew it was happening I had more energy to live my life, I had more confidence in my body and appearance and, for the first time in a LONG time, I didn’t want to cry when I saw my reflection. Now, 8 months later, it has only gotten better. I am PROUD of my body. I am EXCITED to buy new clothes. I look in the mirror and I smile at what I see. I know that the future holds boundless possibility. I know that my children have a healthy, happy mom & role model. I know that when my husband says I’m “hot” I agree! Without boot camp I wouldn’t be where I am today. I don’t know if I would still be teetering on the edge of morbid obesity but I know that I wouldn’t be able to honestly say I have NEVER been more fit in my ENTIRE life. 40 POUNDS GONE! I joined boot camp July 2009 in preparation for my wedding.  Since then, I have lost 40 lbs and over 25 inches from my entire body.  I love boot camp and the energy that it gives me.  Jeff is amazing and I will never go back to the gym again!! I'm 60 years old.  I joined Jeff's bootcamp just over a year ago. I wasn't in very good shape.  I am now in very good shape and can keep up with the younger women and even beat some of them.  I am able to play with my Grandchildren and look good doing it!  I have so much fun at Camp. Jeff's humor keeps everything fun and interesting. I have also met some incredible friends.  Exercising and working out with friends makes this whole experience fun,enjoyable and rewarding. Hey Jeff! So I want to just begin by saying thank you for getting me back into consistently working out again. I have been so busy with school work and my kid that i forgot how good it felt to be fit again. And on another note I started as a fit bootcamper but have progressed immensely due to always challenging and always changing routines. I would have laughed in your face a month ago if you told that i could do 503 real pushups in a bootcamp session along with 500 sets of other things. This is not only a bootcamp for people trying to lose weight, but an opportunity to increase fitness levels, confidence, and self efficacy. I will also say i have taken many other bootcamps in my day and Hands Down, Robinson Fitness is the most consistent ( rain or shine), the most challenging, and by far the CHEAPEST bootcamp available to people. Keep up the good work!!

When my daughter asked me to go to "boot camp" with her I thought about it but when she said it was a 5:30AM I said there are 2 things you do at 5:30AM...sleep or up having coffee and reading the paper.  After listening to her talk about how great boot camp is I decided to give it a try...it was an excellent decision to join the fun!  I have worked out in clubs over the years however the great workout that Jeff puts together has increased my stength and flexibility, plus toned and shaped my body.  It does not matter your age Jeff's ever changing routine can be adjusted and everyone will feel energerized by the end of their workout.  An added benefit is all the new friends you make while getting in shape.  Thank you Jeff and keep up the good job!

Thanks to Jeff-I have lost 23 pounds and still counting!! When I first started Boot Camp I couldn't do a push up or run a lap among other things. Over the past few months, I've noticed my stamina slowly increasing and my body changing for the good...muscles are taking over! I've dropped three clothing sizes! I have a new outlook on myself and I have a hot new boyfriend....things are changing for sure. It's been a lot of hard work but it's nice to work out with others and have Jeff motivating me to keep going when I want to quit.

Hi Jeff, I signed up for your free 4 week fitness boot camp offer at the Chandler location for the month of May 24-June 18 and made it 15 of the 20 times.  I enjoyed it so much, that I signed up for another 4 week session which started yesterday.  I just wanted to let you know that I think Robin is doing a great job as trainer for the Chandler location!  She's always positive and encouraging (and sometimes even quite humorous even when she's not trying to be!), paces the exercises well but keeps us moving, and personally, I find that she pushes me when she knows I can do more, and is supportive when I'm struggling by accommodating me and showing me the modified form of the exercise.  I've never been athletic or good at sports, but I feel like I can really do most of these exercises and I know that I'm getting stronger because of them. Even though it's still a struggle to get up at 5am and be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 5:30am, I really am enjoying this fitness boot camp, appreciate the hard work that you and Robin put into it, and just wanted to let you know how much I like it and what a great job Robin is doing!

Finishing up my 9th month!  I was so hesitate in the beginning to even try it.  I'm so glad that I did.  Love how the workouts are never the same and you are always challenging me to do better. Really true ...no Gimmicks! I started my first free class three months ago and I am still here. Its been a challenge and I am glad that I did it and still doing it! I have noticed a difference and so has my husband...I stared the class to firm and tone up mainly and its been working. Jeff is really a great and caring trainer.. whatever kind of question you have its always answered! I have checked around the valley for Boot Camps and there is none around that even compares or comes close!!  Thanks Jeff!!!

Hey Jeff!  I wanted to let you know that I think you are doing a great job with the mix of excercises and balancing the group load. The full body workouts I constantly get day in and day out are amazing.  I know sometimes you think I'm not pushing hard enough but I am sore almost every day!  I usually try to max out my reps until I'm shaking.  Keep up the great mix of excercises they never get old... well maybe one or two of them do.  ha ha ha... but I still do them. Obviously it shows that we value your knowledge since we keep coming back Boot Camp after Boot Camp.

When life gets hectic, the first thing people neglect is exercise. I, like many others, did the exact same thing. I began to neglect myself. The funny thing is, now I am busier than ever and I still manage to fit your boot camp in. Why? Because the workouts are worth making time for and they keep my stress level manageable. I enjoy the challenge, the degree of intensity, and that everyday is different.  I also appreciate your sense of humor and frankness which help give me that extra boost to push myself harder. Thank you for your hard work!

Jeff, Thanks for a great workout today. Actually, thanks for great workouts for the past 3 months!! I haven't been in this good of shape and felt this strong since before I had my kids (about 8 years). You have helped me to rekindle my love for working-out, working hard and getting strong....LOVE IT!! You do such a great job putting together the workouts and it shows that you put a great deal of thought into how they flow and concentrate on different areas day to day. I joined Robinson's fitness boot camp because I was not seeing results on my own, needed some one to hold me accountable, and have to commit to a set time to work out (time was always my excuse).  I have a 16 month old daughter, a husband who travels a lot, and a full time position.  So, as you can see I am pretty busy lady.  During my first month in boot camp (my 4 free weeks) I lost 9 lbs.  I continue to come back because boot camp is always a challenge (every workout is different during the month) and Jeff encourages me to challenge myself in every way.  He has all fitness ranges, size and shapes attend his boot camp and knows how to make modifications to each level.  I also enjoy the constant emails of encouragement, personal challenges, and dietary recommendations.  Jeff really has it all in his Boot Camp.  It is the best boot camp in Arizona!!!

Hi Jeff, I really enjoy boot camp (did I just say that?)! Ok, well after the first week, I enjoyed it. The first week I wanted to die, and I only went three days!  It was the best workout program I’ve ever experienced!  You keep it fun and challenging which makes time pass quickly.  I always feel so good afterward to have accomplished so much in the time frame. I need to be healthy and healthier mind & body and not just anybody's boot camp, but Robinsonson's Fitness Boot Camp is exactly the best place to do this for me. My brain wakes up @ 4:00 am every morning, BUTT sometimes it does'nt make it and then I want to get a boot in the (beep). You have made me a happy gal, for the first time in my life I ware a size 8 pant, and now there loose (WOW) I have'nt even hit my goal! Week 3 I lost 17 3/4 inches & in 4 months since starting I've lost 16 lbs. I think everyone needs disciplined when working out & getting fit in life, and Jeff your boot camp is definitly were you get it. I wished your boot camp was my only MEDS. Love It

Hey Jeff, Today's workout was great it kicked my ass!! What am I saying every morning kicks my ass! I will definitely be back next month for more. Also  I don't know if you remember me asking what you thought about juicing ( fruit and veg) I wanted to share with you that I tried it and like it. Knowing that I have a specific goal to attain, he picks on me more during our workouts, draws more attention to my weight loss than I would like and all-around kicks my butt during our one hour a day together! I have just finished my 4-week free trial of Jeff's boot camp, and it was great! I am signing up for another four-week session. I have been running for years, but Jeff's boot camp adds a whole other level to my workouts. The workouts are varied enough to never get bored and challenging enough that I'm always working hard. The variety of workouts is impressive, everyday offers a new challenge!  The AM workouts allow me to start each morning with a motivating workout that serve as a reminder to make healthy food choices throughout the rest of the day. Everyone is friendly and encouraging; the enviornment is very welcoming.  Prior to starting boot camp last month, I had trouble sleeping & my energy level was low.  Now, 4 weeks later, I feel more energetic and I'm on a consistent sleep schedule!  Thank you!

I am so happy that Boot Camp had entered my life when it did! After having my first baby 18 months ago, I was still struggling to get back to my pre-pregnancy size. Within the first week I dropped 3 lbs and noticed my arms firming up. In the second week I was able to transition to real push ups and do full sit ups without struggling as much. Forearm bodybuilders and mountain climbers became easier and I could feel my core muscles getting stronger every day. Working out with other people helped me stay motivated when it got tough. I could look at others and say "If they can do this without stopping, so can I!" Each workout was different, challenging, but fun. At the end of my first session, I had successfully lost 8 lbs and am determined it's never coming back. Thank you Jeff, for helping me through work towards reaching my goals!

At 46yo I knew I needed to do something before I reached a point where I couldn't anymore. I started Bootcamp in October and I could not even jog 1/2 a Block.   After 1 month of Boot Camp, I lost a jeans size.  After 6 months of Bootcamp, I am now able to run 1 1/4 mile.  I feel better, look great and am healthier.  Robinsons Boot Camp and Healthy Eating have been the key. My husband can't keep his hands off me now and I just bought a new bikini for our trip to Hawaii! Thanks Jeff!

I just want to thank you for the tough work outs. In high school and junior college, I was an athlete (pole vaulter). I got married young and gave birth 4 times in less than 6 years. I had no routine and rarely worked out. After my fourth baby the weight wasn’t coming off. I was the heaviest I’ve ever been. After jogging with a friend about 3 times a week I finally managed to lose 12 pounds on my own before I hit a plateau. I hate when people say that I look good, when I know that I should look so much better. They are only saying that because some of the baby weight is finally gone. My baby turned one last month and I had twenty five pounds more that I wanted to lose. I'm feeling stronger and more motivated than I have in a long time. Thank you for expecting me to do better!

Good morning! This is my first week of FREE boot camp and I love it! I’ll be honest, I started saving my money already to join! After 4 kids, I weighed 176 lbs! I was so mad at myself … and just then my co-worker, forwarded me your email. After 1 week of boot camp I have lost 4 inches from my belly area and feel much, much healthier! Sore but healthier! I would have never started working out again if it weren't for the free four weeks!  It is a tough routine, but very worth it.  I feel muscle again for the first time in years.  I like being pushed but I also know my limits and this workout with Jeff gives me both! I joined Jeff’s Boot Camp in November of last year and I cannot say enough good things about his program.  I’ve had more than my share of gym memberships, personal trainers and exercise classes, but it seemed that I had pretty much plateaued and simply wasn’t seeing any improvement.  In three months of boot camp, I have lowered my body fat, improved my cardio performance and see muscle definition that even surprises me!  The workouts are challenging to any level of physical condition as every exercise can always be made a little tougher.
That being said, what I consider the best part of Boot Camp is that Jeff genuinely wants to see all of his clients succeed in reaching their goals.  He monitors our results and offers suggestions for other things we can do in our lives to improve our level of health.  I have seen him work with people dealing with all types of injuries and he is always cognizant of their limitations and provides them with exercise modifications that work for them.  Believe me, I have spent much more money on far less qualified trainers at local gyms and found that they generally have a difficult time remembering your name, let alone whether or not you have knee problems. I would encourage everyone I know to attend one of his classes and give it a try.

I started Jeff’s Robinson Boot Camp I was a little skeptical at first but I knew I did not want the same old routine at the local gym.  I was glad I choose Jeff’s Boot camp in the first month I lost 12 pounds.  Jeff holds his Boot Camp outside instead of inside which acclimate you to outdoor activity I noticed after my first month I went on a hike to South Mountain on the Ridgeline trail.  I was quite surprised that my endurance had increased so much that I was ready to go on while the rest of the pack was lingering behind.  I also thought how in the world could a workout be so intense without using hardly any weights at all but I can honestly say you can get out of it what you put into it and if you’re serious about getting into it (those old jeans, again) I would highly recommend Jeff’s Boot camp. Try it for a month; what do you have to lose but pounds!!!!

Jeff, I started boot camp 16 months ago.  My blood pressure is down, I have toned up all areas of my body and I recently ran a mile in...I never dreamed I could run that far.  You keep classes interesting by always changing what we do, pushing us to do a little more, and making us laugh with your funny comments.  I love exercising with gals that have become friends and encouraging new people...knowing I was there once.  You don't get that in a gym or at home.  Your prices are very reasonable for such personalized instruction.  I'm 61 and I'm in better shape than I've been in years...thanks to boot camp.

Jeff, writing a testimonial for boot camp is like giving a look into the past 21 months of my life. I would NEVER go to a gym to work out but joined your boot camp on May 21st 2007 to get in shape for my son’s wedding. I have lost 20 pounds and dropped from a size 10 to a size 4 not bad for a Grandma!!! Just when I think I can’t do any more you get me totally motivated to keep going! I like to be fit and exercised throughout childhood through college.  Various gym memberships kept me in aerobics/group fitness classes, lifting weights.  I was content when I turned 40, fit and weighing 130.   The after 40 weight gain would NOT happen to me.  But 6 years later, a combination of less exercise (never completely sedentary) and not paying attention to my calorie intake, had me weighing 162!  I’m only 5’2’’; no way can I carry that around!!  I went to a trainer for a while, lifted lots of weights and lost some, but I hit a plateau.  All the while, I saw Jeff’s ads I like being outside. Finally I came to the FREE workout, liked it, and joined the flat fee for as many days a week as you want format has gotten me here 4-5 days a week. My First goal, get below 150...done.   Run all the way around our park without stopping...done. Hi Jeff, Your Robinson Fitness Boot Camp is by far the best workout I have done. I've joined gyms, done the 30 minute circuit training workout, personal trainer, etc. and your boot camp is the only thing that I stuck to and actually looked forward to being there. It is a different workout at each camp so there is no chance to get bored or lazy with the exercises. Thanks again, Jeff!

Wow, Boot Camp has given me the quickest results and the most "bang for my bucks" over anything else I have done. traded Reformer Pilates (machine) for your Boot Camp and haven't looked back. I've had personal trainers at the gym, and they have been very good, but not affordable for any length of time. You are our "group" personal trainer, and are always available in a number of ways (unlike my gym trainers). Not only are you giving me the information I need in every class, you are always available by e-mail or phone. Plus, I really enjoy your great newsletter for tips and recipes. Your knowledge is incredible and practical. You've given me all the tools I need for a fit future. So, one year and four months later, I just want to say thanks so much for your efforts at keeping me (us) accountable and on track. Yes, you work us, but having a sense of humor while you put us through the paces sure helps the time go by fast. Jeff, I want to thank you for helping me reach one of my goals which were to get down a dress size in time for my daughter's wedding on Saturday. I seriously think I am down 2 sizes. I am still a work in progress and know sooner or later I can be where I want to be physically if I stay on your course. I am happy to say I have lost 20 pounds and over 25 inches so far. I enjoy going to your class and will continue to whittle away this weight.  You have made getting in shape much more enjoyable even if I don't do everything with you.....I'm right there in spirit! I enjoy the company of you and the other campettes and love meeting new girls each week. Best of luck to you!

I think that boot camp is less about the scale and more about being individuals with promise and potential for greatness. Boot camp promotes a healthy attitude by providing an arena to be around people who are inspired to get off the couch and do something to improve themselves. Once I got going in boot camp it became routine and not being able to go seems like something is missing from my time. I look forward to returning soon.

44 lbs and 11 months ago I started Boot Camp because a co-worker bullied me into it and now I am a Boot Camp junkie.  After many trials and tribulation, I learned you really can lose weight by burning more calories than you take in.  I really feel better every day and my husband now calls me his “skinny girl”.

Hi Jeff, I have lost many inches after 6 months of Boot Camp. I was so un-fit and was out of breath running after my 2 year old nephew. That is what I wanted to change...and I did. Now I'm proud of myself that I can keep up with the younger gals! And my 10 year younger husband compliments me ALL THE TIME about my toned and shaped body! What's there not to love about your Boot Camp???

Thanks for boot camp Jeff! I finished my first 4 weeks and signed right up again for a longer period. My schedule changed and I am so grateful that we have the flexibility we do so I didn't just lose my workout days. I definitely feel better when I am done. And if I don't make it to camp I am sorry, not apathetic about it. I like the variety of the other campers too. Thanks for keeping me motivated and checking in with me to find out where I've been when I missed a day or two. Way to keep me on my toes!!!

Boot Camp has been excellent for me. It is just the push that I needed but couldn't seem to do it on my own. I currently work out at LA Fitness but my workouts were stagnating. I love the variety in Jeff's workout. He works with women of all different fitness levels and makes sure that he addresses all of their varied needs for modifications. I appreciate that. I also appreciate the knowledge and experience he brings to Boot Camp. He's worked me hard. His wicked sense of humor helps make the time fly. Joining his camp was a great decision for me.

I've been an avid runner since high school, and between having three kids, I couldn't keep up with any type of exercise program because they lacked a disciplined workout and the cost was prohibitive with personal trainers, so decided to try your Boot Camp. I immediately knew that your Boot Camp was right for me on my first workout day because it met all of my expectations. A consistent workout that allows you to work at your own pace, a friendly environment where everyone is working out at their own level and a personal trainer at an affordable cost. I couldn't be more satisfied and would happily recommend the camp. You really helped me get back into exercising and now my goal is to run the upcoming PF Chang's marathon.

Hi Jeff, I just wanted to thank you. I’m totally pumped and I feel great. But that’s not why I’m writing, I have already gotten so much out of this and today when you said to try on skinny jeans I thought about this jean skirt that I love but haven't been able to wear since before I was pregnant with my son Grayson. Well when I got home I took a chance and tried them on and guess what!!!??? They fit!!!!!!!!! I honestly just about cried. That means I have lost 2 dress sizes! 2!! I can’t believe it. Jeff, I LOVE YOUR BOOT CAMP! I have tried everything from gym memberships to buying a treadmill for my house and I was never able to stick with an exercising routine long enough to see the results until I joined your boot camp. In my first 4 weeks, I lost 11.5 pounds! I have more energy, more stamina, and I can now do real pushups! Thanks, I couldn't do it without you guys!

Hi Jeff, yesterday marked 4 weeks of boot camp for me and I will be renewing for another month. As of yesterday I have lost 9 pounds since starting a month ago. Yea!!! Haa!!!! It feels soooo good! Hi Jeff, I'm very glad I signed up for boot camp. It's definitely challenging me and the variety keeps it interesting - I never know what's next. The atmosphere is very open and non-competitive - I've quit gyms in the past because I felt uncomfortable. I was surprised by how my mental outlook immediately improved the first week. When I joined the boot camp, I had some expectations like toning and sculpting my body. After the first day, I fell in love of the boot camp. I loved doing crunches and looking at the stars, and breathing fresh air. I lost almost two inches in my waist after the second week. Everybody asked me what I was doing, because I look very good. I am not only looking good, but also, I am feeling great! I learned how to eat healthier with the meal plans you gave to me. I rejoined for another month and every day was a challenge for me with different workouts, and every day I felt sore, that mean for me it was working. But also, every day I felt stronger. On November was my 10th wedding anniversary. I sent an e-mail to my family and friend a picture of my wedding day and another after 10 years. Everybody replied me telling that I looked better now. In the past, I spent $1,000.00 at the gym for a personal trainer. I saw more results in one week of the boot camp then the five months I was with the personal trainer and the years I went to the gym. Jeff is very funny. I laugh a lot at his jokes. Of course I recommend Robinson Fitness, and I am going to join again next year (after the baby!).

Hey there Jeff, I have one furious hombre for a hubby tonight. He is truly not speaking with me. I went to buy a pair of pants today and instead of the size 10 that I have worn, I had to go to a size 6 at J. Jill (yeah me). However, I rarely pay less than $100 for a pair of slacks and I have many beautiful size 10 slacks in my closet that I now can not wear, thus the "furious hombre". So I gave him an option, “fit or fat”. LOL! He wisely chose fit! I have not fit into a size 4 since we met 19 years ago. Hmm, can I get there again? So I just bought one pair of slacks today and I refuse to buy new jeans just yet even though I have to keep hiking mine up. $99 per 4 weeks for your Boot Camp is the cheap part. LOL! Replacing all my clothes is going to kill me! Oh yeah, it is not just the slacks, I have gone from a large top to now wearing small tops! Even my bras will need to be replaced. Victoria's Secret is going to love me! I have not even approached hubby about tops and bras yet! LOL!

Hi Jeff, as you know the whole reason I joined your Boot Camp was to look great at my son's wedding. Thanks to your Boot camp the mission was accomplished! I have gone down 2 dress sizes, lost pounds and I now have muscle, not flab. I feel great. The wedding was beautiful and I looked fabulous in my dress! I have completed 6 months of Boot Camp - and I am so pleased with my results. I have lost 30lbs and 3 dress sizes. I am stronger and I have so much more confidence. I can't believe I have gotten to this point towards my fitness goal. I immediately lost a pants size after my first month with the Boot Camp. And I watched my body change from that point on. I love that your class can be adapted to every fitness level - so whether you are brand new or an old timer - you always get a great workout. Your dedication and support is so encouraging. I love the emails that give us smart healthy snack and meal choices. You are even motivating us when we are at home. Thank you so much for leading me down the right path towards fitness and good eating habits. I now know (and accept) if I work out at least 3X a week - and make good food choices most of the time - I can still have a yummy desert now and then. This is not about depriving yourself - this is about healthy living. I love the energy level and dedication you show everyone. I loved every minute of the Boot Camp. I have increased in flexibility, have toned and shaped my body and have learned new techniques and exercises that will continue to challenge me. Hi Jeff - Yet another great Boot Camp workout and I feel great. I like how you add new exercises and change things around it keeps me challenged. I am very excited about my 7 pound loss this last week. The meal plan is working well for me and is very manageable with my schedule. I really liked when you challenged us on Friday to do some cardio each day over the weekend. I made it a priority this weekend and was able to run on Saturday and bike on Sunday. Jeff - Just wanted to let you know that I did my weekly weigh in after class this morning. The only good thing about being overweight and out of shape is the initial results when you finally do something about it. I lost 6 lbs last week! The only changes I made were working out with you and no longer finishing my meals. I ate everything I would normally eat only less of it.  Thank you for all the motivation and I can't wait to see what happens in the coming weeks.

I'm having a great time at Boot Camp. It is exactly the change I needed as I was getting very bored and lazy with my gym routine. Some how you're getting me to do the exercises I hate most (lunges and sprints) and of course they are also the ones I need to do the most of. I am really enjoying the change of pace from all weights and little cardio. With the weather so nice, I see myself looking forward to working out. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me. I joined Boot Camp to make some true changes in my life. I had my doubts, but after years of working out at the gym, why not give this a try as well. I have spent years going to the gym, on the Stairmaster, treadmill, weight classes, free weights, step classes, spinning classes, machines of all kinds, and every class available. The biggest differences by joining Boot Camp, it gave me a chance to be outside, to focus on myself, to have the support of the others in the class, the encouragement from you. I found out that I like working out in the dark rather than in front of a mirror, the sunrise is beautiful, running outside is far better than on a treadmill, I don't have to spend lots of money on equipment, and the all over work every day really firmed and toned. I not only looked better, but I REALLY felt better. Thanks Jeff.

Within the past year I have undergone some major life changes.  Everything from divorcing my husband of seven years to being laid off from a job I had for nine years.  After losing the first 240 Lbs (my ex!), I decided that being a single parent of two young children I needed to really get healthy. My first step toward accomplishing this was working out with Jeff.  Jeff offers me encouragement and motivation and I have lost over 30 Lbs by strictly working out.  I have noticed a considerable boost in energy and confidence.  I really look forward to my training sessions and love the results that I and others see.  Jeff understands my specific goals and together we have been excelling.  I definitely recommend working out with Jeff, even though he makes me do lunges!  Thank you, Jeff.
