Please print and bring the Free 1 Day Pass & Waiver Form completed and signed to your first day of Boot Camp. If you can't download or print it, don't worry as your trainers carry extra forms with them. Arrive early to fill it out and get warmed up before class starts. Our members aren't fond of late arrivals as it disrupts the flow of the class.
 
You MUST bring water, a workout mat and a pair of light dumbbells. This is MANDATORY every day!
 
Please print the Boot Camp Locations & Directions page and put it in your glove box. Why not do a test drive before Boot Camp so you know exactly where to go and park? You wouldn't believe the number of people who get lost on their first day.
 
 
Our Boot Camp Nutrition Plan can be saved to your computer desktop and/or printed. Page 2 of the plan is an easy to use daily calorie counting worksheet. We recommend you print out this page 7 days at a time and keep them somewhere handy in the kitchen.
 
The Boot Camp Measurement Chart and Measurement Tips are provided for your personal use. Please don't turn them in to us, they are for home use. We do recommend you have a friend help you measure every month before the start of the next month of Boot Camp. Remember, that total inches lost is your best measuring tool, NOT the scale!
