What is Robinson Fitness Boot Camp 

Robinson Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program of group personal training owned and operated by Jeff Robinson ISSA CFT. You are invited to join us no matter what your athletic ability or fitness level might be. Everyone works at their own pace and everyone receives personal attention and training. Jeff demonstrates each exercise including advance variations and novice modifications, then immediately works among the group for the duration of each exercise correcting clients form while encouraging and motivating everyone.

 

Can I try out Boot Camp before I commit? 

Yes! Come and attend a Trial Workout for FREE. Our Fitness program sells itself, so there is no obligation to join and no sales pitches or pressure. Contact me by phone if you are interested in our FREE Trial Workout. If you don't have a mat or dumbbells, don't worry as I always have extras. Once you experience an outdoor Boot Camp workout you will never want to train in a gym again!

    

When can I start and attend Boot Camp?

You can start during any calendar month and create your own training schedule. I don't pro-rate the monthly fee, so the earlier in the month you start the more workouts you can attend. I hold 15 Boot Camps a week (over 60 workouts a month!) and you are welcome to swap/switch between any of the days and times to suit your schedule and lifestyle. Men can attend the evening 5:30PM Co-Ed Boot Camp.

 

What are the expected results when I complete Boot Camp?

You can lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, flatten your stomach, define your abs, firm and lift your glutes, tone and lean your legs and hips, firm up your arms, improve core strength, increase your stamina, learn new exercises, fire up your metabolism, boost your confidence, be more active and energetic, make new friends and have lots of fun. 

 

What will I learn in Boot Camp?

You will learn the most effective cardiovascular and strength building exercises for your core (abs, hips and lower back), glutes, lower and upper body. I will teach you how to build a more functional, athletic and leaner body. Every Boot Camp workout is different and I'm constantly introducing new exercises to challenge you. I invite you to join us for a motivating, supportive and educational experience. Every exercise you learn at Boot Camp can be incorporated into your own fitness routine at a later date.

 

What if I am not very physically fit?

We cater to ALL fitness levels. Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. You are in control of the intensity and pace of your own workout. No one will go home unchallenged! Adults and children of all athletic abilities and fitness levels are invited to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others. You will be among friends. 

  

Are you going to scream at me like a Drill Sergeant?

Only if you step on my foot! Seriously though, I do not respond to screaming and I do not scream at others. I work personally with everyone on proper form, execution and modification of all the Boot Camp exercises. I want you to love your results so much that you will dedicate yourself to a lifetime of fitness and health.

 

What do I need to bring?

You will need a pair of hand weights (dumbbells). If in doubt buy the lighter size as you can always progress heavier. The other requirement is a Yoga or Pilates workout mat. Besides your hand weights and workout mat, bring a large water bottle, towel and a never say quit attitude!
